Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosted Thick and Chewy Brownies
As soon as you pull the brownies out of the oven, take out the frosting ingredients so the cream cheese and butter have a chance to soften. You will need 1 8oz package of cream cheese, 3 Tablespoons of butter, 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of vanilla, and 2 Tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. Cream the cream cheese and butter first in a medium mixing bowl and then slowly add the other ingredients, mixing until creamy. Then spread on the cooled brownies.
