Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosted Thick and Chewy Brownies
First, you need to foil and grease a 9×9 pan with baking spray. You will also need a large bowl and a large whisk.
Use a stick and a half of butter and 4 ounces of high quality bitter sweet chocolate. If you want your brownies to taste great, you simply cannot skimp on the chocolate! Break the butter and chocolate into small pieces and microwave in increments of 30 seconds, 2 or 3 times. Use the whisk to make it smooth.
